Garments Vintage Berlin

I discovered Garments Vintage in Berlin thanks to a vintage boutique guide created by Jessica Stein from Tuula, and if a blogger of that calibre makes mention of a boutique without being endorsed by it, you know it has to be good!

And so Garments Vintage did not disappoint at all, tucked away on Stargarder Straße 12 amongst bustling little cafes and independent stores this secondhand designer and vintage store is another beautifully merchandised and edited one I can add to my list of must-go-to when in Europe! Clothing racks are colour and mood coordinated perfect for the time-poor shopper, fine vintage jewellery glistens in the window and special standout pieces are held in a glass cabinet. At Garments Vintage you can find designer brands like Yves Saint Laurent, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Escada, Burberry and even Hermes!

If you’re thinking this store is way out of my budget you’re fooled, Garments Vintage allows for several different budgets and although the designer pieces don’t come cheap they are significantly discounted and are in pristine condition! I fell in love with quite a few things, but unfortunately by this stage it was the end of my trip and I had already exhausted my shopping budget and my suitcase was busting at the seams! A few of my favourites included a beautiful light weight floral soft pastel coloured Cacharel shirt and the perfect addition to any crazy cat lady’s wardrobe the golden glitz cat bag! Conveniently Garments Vintage also has a rack and an array of shoes for men, so when you’re like me and drag your better half to vintage stores it’s a relief to see there is something to entertain them as well. Mr P found a dapper textured Hugo Boss suit for an absolute steal, although fine fitting he was facing the same ordeal as me.
