With fast fashion retailers entering the Perth based market we often forget the impact these established retailers have on our local creatives and designers. And there are too few events that highlight the talent we have residing in Western Australia! Luckily along with the Telstra Perth Fashion Festival we also have The Fremantle Fashion Collective, in its eighth year the runway show helps support and promote Fremantle based designers including some of my favourites; Tindale, Monster Alphabets and Empire Rose!The runway show was at PSAS Art Gallery - industrial heaven which coincided so beautifully with all the clothes. #TheStudioGirls produced such a great show no one could sit still because the music was so damn good and I loved the runway choreography which allowed you to see the garments from so many different angles. If you didn't get the chance to attend this year I would highly recommend you either check out these amazing designers ASAP and make sure you come next year! Enjoy the show!
